One guest bill counts once
The complete guest bill uses 1.5 HBC once — whether the guest stays for three days or three weeks and whether the bill contains one dive or ten.
A reservation alone does not create a guest bill and costs you nothing.
Buy credit inside HALIBLU
Three credit packs determine the net price per guest bill:

Purchased HBC has no expiry date. Your current balance is always visible at the top of HALIBLU.
To add credit, choose a pack inside the system and pay by card in the embedded Stripe Checkout. The credits are added automatically after the purchase. There is no bank transfer and no manual approval to wait for.
Every top-up and charge appears in the credit history with its time, user and reason. You can see both the current balance and what the credits were used for.
Top up automatically before the balance runs low
Set a balance threshold and choose which pack should be purchased when needed. This lets you decide the size of each automatic top-up.
If the next guest bill would take the balance below your threshold, HALIBLU automatically purchases the selected pack through Stripe and adds the credits. Your team does not have to watch the balance.
You can disable auto top-up or select a different pack at any time.
HALIBLU invoices your dive centre for the credit pack
HALIBLU invoices your dive centre for the credit pack it purchases. This invoice does not list individual guest bills or dives. The guest bills that used those credits remain traceable in your HALIBLU system’s internal credit history.
What else uses 1.5 HBC
An invoice created manually outside a guest bill also uses 1.5 HBC — for example, a monthly invoice to a partner hotel or an invoice for a club diver who only comes for fills.
This prevents usage-based billing from being bypassed through manually created invoices. It keeps the pricing model fair and allows us to include every feature with a low monthly base fee.
Items added to an existing guest bill do not use another 1.5 HBC. The T-shirt or fill belongs to the same bill.
Every feature is included
There are no tiers, no per-seat charge and no paid modules. Every dive centre receives:
- online booking with certification and house-rule checks;
- guest portal and check-in without mandatory login;
- digitally signed RSTC medical with an audit trail;
- activity, course, guide and group planning;
- equipment sheets and operational reports;
- guest pricing rules and connected billing;
- wall screens with QR access;
- every product update.
Month-to-month
HALIBLU is billed month-to-month and can be cancelled monthly.
Pricing questions
What does a reservation cost?
Nothing to you. Credits are used only for the guest bill. A reservation fee that your guest pays belongs to your dive centre, not to HALIBLU.
What happens when the balance runs out?
Without credit and without auto top-up, HALIBLU cannot create a new guest bill. With auto top-up, the selected pack is loaded in time.
Does purchased HBC expire?
No. Purchased HBC credit remains available until you use it.
