Five participants, nine planned course dives
Create the course from a template, assign an instructor and add the participants. HALIBLU books each participant onto every course dive that is already planned and adds them to the corresponding dive groups.
Course templates carry the structure
Templates hold the agency, course level, participant limit, minimum age and sequence of pool or open-water dives. HALIBLU includes 48 templates for PADI, SSI and IAC. Choose the courses you teach and adapt them as required.
Course dives fit into the daily plan
The two-week planner shows instructor absences, other assignments and activities with free places. A course dive can have its own activity, or the course group can join an existing boat departure.
When a course group joins an existing departure, each participant occupies a regular boat place. The available capacity is reduced accordingly.
When the plan changes, the course moves with it
If Tuesday’s dive moves to Thursday, participants and equipment sizes remain assigned. Changing the instructor updates the dive groups and shows clashes with other assignments.
See the season and the individual course
The course calendar shows courses as continuous bars from start to finish. Inside a course, the team sees planned, completed and skipped dives as well as progress for the course and each participant.
