01 · KANBAN
See the whole week. Control the next deployment.
Trips, shore dives and courses appear with weather, capacity, guides and conflicts in one operational weekly view. Custom colours for each dive type make the mix immediately clear.
A full demo week: 79 activities with at least five divers and one or two guides per activity.
02 · ACTIVITY DETAIL
Plan groups. Keep requested buddy teams together.
Reserved divers, guides and groups sit side by side. Buddy Management shows which guests want to dive together.
03 · EQUIPMENT VIEW
Selected at check-in. Already prepared for the dive.
The guest enters required rental equipment and sizes during check-in. In Activity Detail, those choices are preselected for the diver. The team confirms what is used or records an exception.
04 · REPORTS
Planned digitally. Available on paper for the hectic 30 minutes before departure.
The team selects one or more activities in Kanban and prints the A4 landscape sheet. Tank quantities, groups, buddy assignments, equipment and diver details are already included.
Centres that work fully digitally can enter the same details directly in HALIBLU.
