A mini CRM instead of personal inboxes
An inquiry may arrive by phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, as a walk-in or through the portal. Your team records it in one place and sees who owns it, how urgent it is and when the next contact is due.
One guest, a group or three different interests
A couple asks for fun dives. A family needs an Open Water course, one DSD and two snorkelling places. A group only knows the lead guest’s name. All three cases remain in the same overview, and unnamed members can begin as placeholders.
Your own stages reflect the way the team sells, from new and quotation sent to won or lost.
Prepare the quotation, email it and see the payment
Prepare one or more quotations from the same inquiry. Packages, courses and other services can sit together. The guest receives the quotation by email, while its expiry and payment status remain visible in the backend.
Stripe or PayPal lets the guest pay the requested reservation fee or partial amount immediately. Your team sees whether the quotation is unpaid, partially paid or paid.
Reserve course and dive places from the inquiry
For a course request, the team can find an existing course with free places or create a new one. Dives use the same live capacity as online booking and daily planning.
Confirmation does not send the team back to the beginning
Confirmed guests, travel dates, course places and dive reservations carry forward. The inquiry retains every note, while the team continues with the confirmed reservations.
