AT A GLANCE

Every booking route reaches the same available places.

Guests can reserve for themselves while your team keeps control over permissions, fees and exceptions.

Sunday, 11 pm: a diver books two trips

The dive centre is closed. The guest sees the trips that fit their certification and your rules, chooses a place and receives confirmation. A try diver sees offers that do not require a certification. Nobody has to open tomorrow’s spreadsheet first.

The permission filter comes before the button

HALIBLU evaluates certification, house rules and the date of the dive. An Open Water diver does not see a trip that requires a deeper qualification. If insurance expires before departure, the booking is treated according to its status on the dive date.

This makes self-service useful without pretending that software should overrule your team. Reception sees warnings and can still make the decision.

Every booking route fills the same trip

Online booking is one of several routes. A guest can still call, write on WhatsApp, walk in or arrive as an unnamed member of a group. Reception can block real places with a free-text label before a full guest profile exists.

The important part is not the channel. It is that every route ends on the same activity and the same remaining capacity.

Guests can change plans without freeing the wrong place

Eligible divers can reserve directly from their portal and cancel before the cutoff you define. The place returns to the activity for someone else. Bookings with a reservation fee follow their own checkout and cancellation rules.

What reaches the next step

The booking already carries the guest, activity, requested dive and reservation state. Check-in does not begin with another form that someone has to match by hand.
