Preparation starts after the reservation
Reception checks which documents are missing, whether insurance is valid and which guests still need attention before the dive.
Twenty guests are waiting in the heat. The boat leaves in 45 minutes.
Reception cannot open twenty individual profiles. The Presence List suggested by Vicky at Mero brings guests from fun dives and courses together: first activity, dive type, dive permission, checklist, certification, medical and insurance. The list leaves room for quick handwritten notes.
Day notes sit where the team plans
A note above the daily plan tells the whole team about changed departures, meeting points or other operational details.
Custom markers stay with the guest
Tags are short markers whose meaning the dive centre defines: Nitrox, 1:1 for closer supervision or Returning guest. Pickup can be marked in the same way. Unlike a day note, these details remain visible with the guest.
Group planning starts with resolved information
The crew then uses the same details to plan groups, requested buddy teams, guides and rental equipment.
