Step 1: your HALIBLU system
Enter your dive centre name and email, confirm the address and complete payment. Your HALIBLU system is ready in about 15 minutes.
That promise covers the technical system. It does not pretend that your boats, products and house rules configure themselves.
Step 2: your dive centre moves in
Allow around 60 minutes to add:
- company and contact details;
- team and roles;
- boats, vehicles and dive sites;
- dive types, products and equipment;
- pricing and permission rules;
- check-in forms and communication templates.
Products and pricing rules usually need the closest attention. We review your discounts, packages and price tiers with you and set them up in HALIBLU.
HALIBLU already includes certification catalogues, agency mappings, course templates and the RSTC medical. You decide which parts apply to your operation.
Step 3: migrate the records worth keeping
We guide you through the data migration step by step. Together, we decide which customer data to keep, prepare it and support the import.
Duplicate scanning finds records that may describe the same person. You decide what to merge.
You are not on your own
We guide you through the entire onboarding process. Together, we resolve open questions, set up products and pricing rules and work through the data migration.
